Charity

Our biggest fundraising project of the year is the annual Festival in the Clouds, which takes place in Alma the third weekend in July. The Festival is free to attend! The Foundation raises money through camping, drink and merch sales, as well as renting space to food and art vendors. Read more about our upcoming and recent Events.

Education

We are proud to support local high school seniors by offering a Scholarship. All proceeds from our winter Bingo events support this scholarship. Read the application guidelines and find the names of recent Scholarship recipients.

Science & Environment

We completed a beautification upgrade to our Town of Alma Riverwalk, which is now a lovely place to stroll, take in the amazing mountain scenery, and learn about local flora, fauna, and culture. In addition, volunteers participate in the annual event Wendy's Wildflowers to remove invasive species and scatter native seeds. Learn more about our Events.

Culture

In the past, we were involved in several historical preservation projects, including the completed Alma Stone Community Center and Clesson Cabin. Our goal is to shed light on Alma's rich history and present.
